FAQs

You can cancel your class more than 48 hours before class starts. However, late cancel (less than 48 hours before class starts), your class will be forfeited.

Class credits can be rolled over to the next month for as long as you subscribe (Max 180 class credits at any given time).

No sharing of subscription plan is allowed.

Your class credits for that class will be forfeited.

If you cancel your subscription, all leftover class credits can still be used until the end of your subscription period. After your subscription period ends, all class credits will be forfeited.

Yes, you can pause your subscription plan for up to 1 month where your class credits can still be kept at no additional cost. However, during this period, you will be unable to utilize any class credits as well.

You can rollover any amount of class credits. However you can only have 180 class credits maximum at any given time.

You can Whatsapp +65 8401 4648 (Gabriel) to cancel your subscription plan.

Yes, the subscription plan is auto recurring from calendar date of your purchase. An email notification will be sent to you 3 days before renewal as well.

In the case where trial class is being offered, there will be a non cancellation policy. However, participants may attend other group classes, depending on available slots, if a valid medical certificate is provided.

I would recommend the tennis class at SportHitch for beginners! They respond really quickly, and the classes are very organised. The group session is small, so you will get enough time to practise and for the coach to correct your technique and help you improve.

I was introduced to Sport Hitch through an Instagram post. They are extremely responsive and pay close attention to details. They offer both group and private training sessions and match you with the right coach based on your skill level. I was paired with Mr. Branson, a passionate tennis player with a lot of commitment and patience when it comes to training amateur students like myself. During our session, he made some adjustments to my grip on the racket, which enabled me to hit the ball with more confidence than ever before. Prior to this session, I struggled to clear the net, but now I was able to hit a variety of forehand shots. I'm excited to learn even more in the upcoming sessions.

What Are Class Credits?

With SportHitch class credits, you can book a variety of sports classes and use them to create a personalize sports routine.

Each sport class requires a different number of class credits to book. The estimated number of class credits for each sport class is as shown:

  1. Tennis (~20 credits)
  2. Golf (~36 credits)
  3. Badminton (~23 credits)
  4. Muay Thai (~20 credits)
  5. Archery (~22 credits)
  6. Volleyball (~23 credits)
  7. Boxing (~20 credits)
  8. Swimming (1 pax – 40 credits , group – 20 credits)
  9. Pickleball (~24 credits, 1.5h – 28 credits)
  10. Table Tennis (1 hour – 23 credits,  2 hours – 35 credits)
  11. Skateboarding (~26 credits)
  12. Inline Skating (~ 24 credits)
  13. Inline Floorball (~22 credits)
  14. Squash (~24 credits)
  15. Yoga/Pilates/Barre (~24 credits)
  16. Brazilian Jiu Jistu (BJJ) (~22 credits)
